HomesbyKar conducts real estate business under Derrick Real Estate, Inc. and Real Estate Agent, Karen Manzanares. Other services provided (Notary and Interpreter Services) are conducted under Manzanares Mngmt., owned and managed by Real Estate Agent, Karen Manzanares.
